There’s one thing sure to bring you together even while you’re apart – food!

Each cooking class is led by a professional chef who, unlike any how-to-cook virtual videos, will personalize the class and answer all your questions during the process. It’s interactive and unlike any team-building activity you’ve done before, but most of all it’s fun! 

Before your scheduled online class, you will receive the class zoom link. Chef Joe Maglio, the former Saucier Chef at Las Vegas’s Palace Court, will take you on a fun-filled virtual journey of a classic Italian style salad and a delicious mushroom risotto! All you have to do after that is tune in and get ready to play, learn, and party! For more information about the class, click here

Ingredients (this will also be emailed to you)

Mushroom risotto (4-6 servings)

2 cups arborio rice
2 tablespoons blended oil
quarter cup chopped onion
half cup white wine
sprig fresh thyme
12 oz mushrooms 2 types
4-6 cups vegetable or chicken broth heated
3 oz butter
quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese
quarter cup heavy cream

Italian Salad

lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
red onion
salami
shaved Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped shallots
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh parsley
salt and pepper

Materials: 

Sauce pot for broth
Wooden spoon
3qt sauce pot (heavy bottom)
Knife and cutting board
